Ethnofit
Founded in 2008, this unique session combines ethnically inspired dances from around the world with a cardiovascular structure, offering a holistic approach to nurturing a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
Ethnofit is the joy of experiencing a rich variety of dance styles, allowing participants to immerse themselves in different cultures through music and movement while fostering deeper connections and understanding.
It has created an international community of dancers united by their passion for movement and cultural exploration.
Sandança
Born in 2012 from the desire to evoke emotions different from those inspired by Ethnofit.
It is a movement journey guided by what the ears hear, the body feels, and the soul longs to express.
Infused with melodies from around the world, Sandança introduces diverse movement languages, blending classical, contemporary, and lyrical influences with the freedom of freestyle exploration.
Retreats
Moy has been organizing events and retreats since 2016 that weave together the experience of various facilitators to create deep and transformative experiences.
Alongside this collaborative approach, he personally guides exercises, workshops, activities, and meditations designed to foster integration, build trust among participants, and cultivate meaningful insights and connections.
