Ethnofit
Founded in 2008, this unique session combines ethnic-inspired dances from around the globe with a cardiovascular structure, offering a holistic approach to nurturing a healthy body, mind and spirit. Ethnofit is the joy of experiencing a rich variety of dance styles, allowing participants to immerse themselves in different cultures through their music and movement while fostering deeper connections and understanding. It has created an international community of dancers united by their passion for movement and cultural exploration.
Sandança
Born in 2012 from a desire to evoke emotions that differ from those inspired by ethnofit. It is a journey of movement guided by what the ears hear, the body feels, and the soul yearns to express. Infused with melodies from around the world, sandança introduces diverse movement languages, blending classical, contemporary, and lyrical influences with the freedom of freestyle exploration.
